Desk research
To better understand the driving experiance and the traffic I looked for futher informations about traffic and scooters. This was helpful to see more experiences from different users and externals about their view of scooters and the rental-services.
Userflow
Visualized a flow for the service to get a better overview of the service and the interface. This helped to better analyze the flow to spot potential improvements.
Competitive analysis
In the analysis I looked at other similar services and collected insights containing strengths and struggles that could be beneficial for the optimization for Ohoj's service and flow.

Flow structure
From the analysis, a user flow was created focusing on adding the essentials for a scooter rental app. The goal was to keep it simple and ready to use. Features like rental passes were introduced to give users more flexibility for longer rides. With the additions, the app becomes easier to navigate making the rental process quicker, while also encouraging safer driving and more responsible parking.
Solution
Added improvments
To make it clearer about the rules of traffic and parking there is instrukctions before choosing a scooter. Also there is marked specific parking areas to ensure that the parking is legal and safe.
For further safety precautions it appears notifications to inform and remind the driver about how to park safetly. When parking the driver need to take a picture of the parking to ensure you have parked correctly. There are rewards for the driver follow specific requests to encure safe parking.
